Emma's Oat Balls (Havrebollar)

Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 300g sugar
- 5g cacao
- 10ml espresso
- 5g vanilla sugar
- 25g custard powder (Marsanpulver)
- 100ml water
- 350g oatmeal
Instructions
- Use dough hooks to mix all the ingredients together.
- Roll the mixture into balls and coat with coconut flakes.
- Optional: Freeze the oat balls. They can be thawed in about 30 minutes.
