Emma's Oat Balls (Havrebollar)

Ingredients

  • 250g butter
  • 300g sugar
  • 5g cacao
  • 10ml espresso
  • 5g vanilla sugar
  • 25g custard powder (Marsanpulver)
  • 100ml water
  • 350g oatmeal

Instructions

  • Use dough hooks to mix all the ingredients together.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and coat with coconut flakes.
  • Optional: Freeze the oat balls. They can be thawed in about 30 minutes.
