Frida's Nobis Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 eggs (approx. 100–120g)
• 20 ml white wine vinegar (0.2 dl)
• 10g coarse Dijon mustard (about 0.7 tbsp)
• 0.5 clove garlic (approx. 2.5g)
• 400 ml oil (about 0.4 L)

Instructions

1. Boil the eggs for 3–4 minutes.
2. Scoop out the eggs and use them to make mayonnaise.
