Frida's Pickled Rhubarb

Frida's Pickled Rhubarb

Ingredients:

  • 4 dl red wine vinegar
  • 4 dl sugar
  • 6 dl water
  • Fresh rhubarb

Instructions:

  1. Combine the red wine vinegar, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  3. Place the rhubarb in a vacuum bag.
  4. Pour the cooled pickling liquid over the rhubarb.
  5. Vacuum seal the bag.
  6. Refrigerate and let it pickle for at least 24 hours before serving.
