Frida's Pickled Rhubarb
Ingredients:
- 4 dl red wine vinegar
- 4 dl sugar
- 6 dl water
- Fresh rhubarb
Instructions:
- Combine the red wine vinegar, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Place the rhubarb in a vacuum bag.
- Pour the cooled pickling liquid over the rhubarb.
- Vacuum seal the bag.
- Refrigerate and let it pickle for at least 24 hours before serving.
