Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 200g frozen mango cubes
- 25ml lemon juice
- Sweetener to taste (e.g., Sötströ, about 100ml)
- 100ml heavy cream
Instructions
- In a food processor with the blade attachment, add:
- Sweetener
- Lemon juice
- Mango cubes
- Start the food processor.
- While the processor is running, slowly pour in the heavy cream in a thin, steady stream (similar to making mayonnaise).
- Stop the processor and scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure everything is well mixed.
- Serve immediately. This dish does not freeze well.
